About the program

In honor of National Family Caregivers Month, Circle for Care is offering free virtual webinars this November to help busy adults navigate some common challenges you may encounter when caring for an aging loved one, or when preparing for your own aging journey.  Supporting someone who has dementia or Alzheimer's is one such challenge.

Dementia affects a person’s ability to communicate, making it hard to convey their wants and needs to the people around them. During this 60-minute webinar, you will learn how dementia affects communication and how to communicate more effectively with your loved one at any stage of the disease. You will also get tips on how to communicate with family, friends and health care professionals.

The speaker for this webinar is an experienced community educator from the Alzheimer's Association. Be sure to join us to tap into their wisdom, learn about possible resources, and connect with other people who may be on a similar journey.

Zoom details on how to join the webinar will be sent via email after registering to attend.
